Cancellation Policy
Live readings may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours’ notice. Requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled session time may not be honored and may require rebooking through the waitlist, subject to availability. All sessions are conducted live via Zoom and include a private recording for personal use only. All sales are final. No refunds, chargebacks, or reversals will be issued under any circumstances, including missed appointments, late cancellations, or dissatisfaction with results.
