What's happening this coming Monday, April 8th, 2024?
After extensive analysis of April's celestial movements and energies, I must say it's going to be quite intense. Not intense like any other eclipse, but intense in terms of FIRE energy. Here's why:
On April 8th, 2024, we will have 4 planets along with the North Node and Asteroid Chiron all in Aries.
Aries: the first sign of the Zodiac, symbolizes FIRE, initiation, and often impulsive action. It's the sign that encourages us to break free and become our authentic selves. Mars rules Aries, representing bold passion, competitiveness, intense sexual energy, and, unfortunately, warfare.
Now, imagine all these celestial bodies and points converging in Aries: The Moon (representing our inner emotions), The Sun (our ego and personality), Mercury (our intellect), Venus (our values, relationships, and finances), Chiron (our wounds and vulnerabilities), and the North Node (indicating our evolutionary path).
Mix them all together. What do we get? What do you think?Â
Interpreting these energies can lead to various conclusions. Current events might seem strange, such as conflicts and accidents like a cargo ship colliding with a bridge. However, even with all the clues the sky gives us, attempting to predict the future is futile and exhausting. Let's focus on what we can control. I see Chiron, the wounded healer, closely associated with the eclipse, inviting us to confront our vulnerabilities and deep-seated wounds, particularly those stemming from childhood. These wounds are intertwined with our journey towards individuality and self-reliance. Chiron in Aries asks us to cut the umbilical cord and create our own identity. An identity that we are able to stand on with our two feet, strong on our own. Aries encourages independence and self-discovery. Have you spent your life trying to conform to societal expectations or fulfill familial obligations? I sure did, for a long time. Aries challenges us to shed our masks, confront our insecurities with compassion, and embrace our true selves.
Where do you feel most insecure?
The energy of initiation urges us to confront our fears and embark on endeavors we've been hesitant to start.
Aries asks us: is this person you created truly YOU? Aries here asks us to let go of the masks, look within - a hard look - with love and compassion - and seat with what hurts as that is where the cure is. The Solar Eclipse tricks our shadows into appearing. Our shadows think it’s safe to come out and play at the moment the Moon blocks the light of the sun. What the shadows don’t know is that it’s actually not nighttime yet, and soon the Sun shines back again, exposing the shadows, and catching them by surprise. That is where the magic lies. How can we, instead of being afraid, have the courage to face our shadows head-on? How can we say, 'AHA! I see you now! Come here, let’s take care of this! So again, our major themes here are:
embracing our unique individuality
cutting the umbilical cord and standing on our own two feet
have the courage to put your oxygen masks FIRST
Have the guts to re-analyze what makes us truly happyÂ
balancing the masculine energy with feminine energy (assertive with compassion, doing it but with flow)
To go deeper, examine the astrological transits affecting your birth chart, particularly the house where the eclipse occurs. This will reveal which area of life is most influenced by this energy.
We can talk about this for hours but I wanted to keep it simple. There is too much information all over there, and we need to start filtering and discerning from the clickbaits.Â
Let’s focus on what is ours and what we can control. Be mindful of your energy expenditure around the eclipse, as heightened FIRE energy can lead to exhaustion. Avoid conflicts and instead focus on building a strong internal foundation that fills you with pride.
Wishing you a transformative and empowering Fiery Eclipse, beautiful souls!
With love,
Bianca
